Pauliina Helander-Tommila for Anna Lehti

Pauliina Helander-Tommila survived a stroke over a year ago. The experience reshaped her life, leaving her with aphasia and a slower rhythm, one she embraced with intention. She chose to change her first name as part of that transformation.
I photographed her for a short editorial shoot for Anna Magazine.
